Victoria is a warm, accepting, and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Her formal training and experience have prepared her to be an innovative therapist to her clients with trauma and anxiety.

In her therapeutic practice, she utilizes evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBCT).

Through support, encouragement, and challenge, Victoria will help you grow.

Victoria specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with trauma, phobias, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and interpersonal issues. She strives to create a safe and warm space for her clients while on their journey to healing, peace, and fulfillment.

You will feel at ease with Victoria the minute you meet her. Her acceptance and warm presence are so welcoming and disarming. Her passion for working with teens and young adults is inspiring. And her ability to encourage you to show up as you are will foster growth in ways you have only imagined.
